PurifyX operates at the intersection of mathematical precision and Canadian healthcare legislation. This document outlines our rigorous standards for the handling of personal health information under PIPEDA and provincial health mandates.

Personal Health Information Protection Act Compliance

Last Updated: June 1, 2026. PurifyX is committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding the health biomarkers and diagnostic records processed through our algorithmic portal. Our practices are designed to exceed the requirements of Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

1. Parameters of Data Acquisition

We collect data strictly for the purpose of biological pattern synthesis and preventative health modeling.

  • Biomarker data (blood work, genetic screening results, lipid panels).
  • Historical clinical records and physician-verified diagnostic summaries.
  • Identity verification tokens for secure portal access.
  • Provincial health card numbers (where required by partner laboratories).

2. Logic Application & Ethical Processing

Personal health data is processed using our proprietary diagnostic algorithms. This processing does not replace professional medical consultation but rather serves as a high-fidelity mapping of underlying physiological trends. PurifyX ensures that the mathematical models used for health forecasting are regularly audited for bias and clinical accuracy by our Algorithmic Ethics Board.

Security Note

Data used for pattern synthesis is de-identified before being analyzed by non-clinical optimization systems. Your identity remains siloed within our Sterling Neutral Vault.

3. Storage Protocols & Sovereignty

All health data is stored on localized Canadian servers in accordance with federal data residency requirements. Encryption at rest and in transit utilizes AES-256 standard layers.

Duration

Data is retained for 10 years following the last patient-initiated activity unless deletion is requested.

Access Control

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is mandatory for all PurifyX internal clinical auditors.

Breach Protocol

In the event of an integrity compromise, notifications are issued within 24 hours.

4. Individual Access & Rectification

Under PIPEDA, you hold absolute sovereignty over your clinical profile. You may exercise the following rights

  • The right to request a digital export of your biomarker dossier.
  • The right to challenge the accuracy of diagnostic input.
  • The right to withdraw consent for algorithmic modeling.
